Updating our users more effectively

Every time we have a new update within our application, you’ll be notified by seeing this icon in the Workplan tab. Simply click the icon to read the updates. You’ll be able to leave feedback and share your reaction using an emoji!

Driver’s Licence Scanner

Did you know that the DealerMine Sales Mobile App (SMA) now includes a Driver’s Licence Scanner? This allows sales staff to quickly and accurately add customers into DealerMine Sales CRM from their mobile device. It also allows sales staff to update current customers data by scanning a licence against a current customer.

Click Scan Licence

Click Retrieve Driver’s Info

Before you click Confirm, if you want to take a picture of the front of the driver’s licence, click the camera icon on the bottom

Once confirmed, you will have a customer created with all of their applicable driver’s licence information.

Create new follow up on completion of follow up

In the workplan of the Sales Mobile App, when you are completing a follow up, you can have the “Add New Follow Up” automatically checked. This allows you to create a new follow up once you have completed a follow up.

Change followups/followup to follow ups/follow up throughout Sales Mobile App

Throughout the DealerMine Sales Mobile App, we have changed how we spell follow up. Why was it changed? Because it really bugged us.

Added permission changes to Sales Mobile App

Salespeople do not always need to see everything the software has to offer. It can cause clutter and make the software overwhelming with features that the salesperson will not use. You can now select what tabs and filters you want, and do not want, in the Work Plan. The changes are in the User Setup

Added refresh to the messages, work plan, leads, traffic and inventory

If changes are made within the DealerMine desktop sales CRM, those changes can now be seen in the mobile app by swiping down on the screen to refresh.
