Engage AI - Answer Assist – Our game-changing Engage AI feature continues to innovate! After the success of Maintenance Group Descriptions, Batch Texting, and Voice Drops, we’re excited to introduce Engage AI - Answer Assist. This new feature ensures missed calls are a thing of the past! Answer Assist takes over when lines are busy, listens to the customer, identifies their intent, and escalates the task to your BDC staff for follow-up. This means every customer gets connected, even during peak times, creating a seamless experience without missing a beat!
Service & Sales Enhancements
Changes to Opt-Out Mechanism for Texting
We’ve updated how opt-out wording is included in texts to better align with anti-spam regulations while maximizing marketing reach. "STOP" wording will now only be appended to the first text sent, if 6 months have passed since the last text, or if 18 months have passed.
For Batch Texts, a new URL-based opt-out will be appended, allowing customers to unsubscribe specifically from automated messages. Transactional texts remain unaffected. Customers can still opt out completely by replying STOP at any time.
These changes ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation, while optimizing your marketing reach and effectiveness.

Service CRM Fixes
PBS: There was an issue where appointments updated in DealerMine were not being reflected in PBS. This has been resolved.
CDK: Declined and deferred work was not always pulling into DealerMine properly. This has been resolved.
OLS Fixes
PBS: There was an issue preventing appointments booked in the DealerMine Online Scheduling tool from transferring to PBS. This has been resolved.
