  2. Sales CRM - Sales Merge Fields: Empowering Sales Teams with Personalized Communication

    This new functionality is designed to empower sales teams with tools that streamline their communication process. By integrating sales-specific fields into their email and text templates, sales personnel can send personalized, relevant, and timely information to clients, enhancing engagement and customer experience.

    • Sales-Specific Merge Fields: Tailored to the unique needs of sales departments, this feature will include fields such as Sales Appointment Date/Time, Delivery Details, Vehicle of Interest information, and comprehensive customer data.

    • Dedicated Dropdowns: The Email and Texting Templates windows will feature exclusive dropdowns labeled "Sales Merge Fields", ensuring easy access to relevant data.

    • User-Friendly Navigation: A major enhancement is the type-ahead functionality within the merge fields dropdowns. Users will simply type a letter to navigate quickly to fields, significantly reducing the time spent on template customization.


Service CRM Fixes

  1. Contact Flow - We have added the option to exclude holidays from batch contacts made within Contact Flow. (The default will be to exclude all holidays)

  2. Contact Flow - We will only show ‘Calls’ under the engagement chart for dealerships utilizing telephony.

  3. Batch Texting - We have increased our pricing from $40 per line to $75 per line and the application will now show the new value of $75.

DMS Fixes

  1. Tekion - We are now excluding voided opcodes on an RO to ensure it does not come into service history, cause confusion and impact reporting.

  2. CDK - There was an issue with Batch Texts for RO Status updates not being sent on CDK stores. This issue has been resolved.


Online Scheduling Features

  1. We’ve redesigned the Appointment page in OLS, to now show the Transportation options as clickable buttons, rather than displaying a list in a drop down. The calendar and advisor selection (if applicable), followed by times will display in the same screen as shown below. (You’ll also notice some slight design changes on the Confirmation page as well).

  2. We've made a change to "Limit booking for X number of business days out” to now exclude the current day as well as to not skip days that are full or closed when applying the logic.

Online Scheduling Fixes

  1. There was an issue when a VIN was entered in OLS, where the model was not decoding and the field was showing blank. This has been resolved.

  2. There was an issue where customers could not cancel their OLS appts using the link in the confirm email/text. This has been resolved.

  3. We have made improvements to the selling lines for OLS and display them with the proper spacing and formatting as setup in Maintenance Configuration.

  4. OLS Configuration - We've implemented a modification that enables any user with administrative privileges in OLS Configuration to activate the confirm text option and select a texting line, regardless of whether they have administrative access to Texting setup.

  5. Transportation Options were not displaying in french. We have added a french nickname field in Transportation configuration, which can be used to ensure the proper french word is being used.


Telephony Fixes

  1. We have added validation and will only show the blue phone to initiate click to call, if the phone number has 10 digits.


Sales CRM Features

  1. Lead Broadcast Functionality - You can now have specific leads sent out to all salespeople at the same time on a first come - first serve basis, ensuring more timely responses to Sales Leads. View the Lead Broadcast publication to see the benefits it can provide for your sales department.

  2. Workplan - We have moved the Completion Stats to be in it’s own panel, rather than the bottom of the filters screen. Now you can seamlessly move from Filters to Completion Stats with ease. This change will make it easier to view and understand the completion stats.

  3. Showroom Log - We have added a “Create New Prospect’ button in the Showroom Log that shows at all times. We added this in case you searched for a particular customer and results were found, but none that you wanted to use.

  4. Showroom Log - If you come across matching customers during a search, and there are previous traffic log entries that you don't want to use for creating a Be-Back, just de-select the box and use for either of the new options: 1. Log New Traffic or 2. Log a New Worksheet. This new change allows you to add a new piece of traffic or a new worksheet, without having to flag a previous visit as a Be-Back.

  5. Showroom Log - We are now displaying the Traffic Log entered date/time details in the Showroom Log to have more visibility into the Traffic Log details.

Sales CRM Fixes

  1. Portfolio - When accessing the prospects filter, we have updated the default setting for the OWNS filter from "YES" to "ALL" to ensure that all prospect files are displayed appropriately.

  2. Traffic Log - When grouping is on, regardless of which group, you can now edit the salesperson on the traffic log. (When grouping is ON, we will now default to collapsing the information rather than expanding).

  3. Showroom Leads - A problem occurred where Lead History displayed results in the grid that didn't correspond to the selected drop-down time frame, such as choosing "Last 30 Days" but the grid showing results for the "Last 7 Days." This issue was linked to selecting a specific time frame, switching to another tab, and returning. A partial screen refresh caused the discrepancy. This issue has now been resolved.

  4. Showroom Leads - When linking a lead and clicking on I-Lead Detail, the detail screen was popping up behind the search screen, making it inconvenient for users to view details without adjusting the screen. This issue has been resolved.

  5. Showroom Leads - There was an issue where we were being sent the VIN and Stock Number but were not parsing and displaying this information in the application. This has been resolved.
