COMING SOON!

MORI AI: Overflow vs Reception — MORI will soon be able to better manage transfer reasons as we are introducing a setting to indicate whether MORI is a front line receptionist, or taking service overflow and after hours calls only. The setting will invoke slightly different instructions to ensure email transfers can be used more readily during business hours.

MORI AI: Web Leads — MORI can already email leads to a DealerMine web leads email address, but soon those leads will auto parse so your BDC doesn’t have to manually link them to customers, and they will be in a more usable format.

MORI AI: Call Forwarding — For stores leveraging the DealerMine Telephony solution, we will be adding a "forwarding” option within Call Queues that will allow you to set the MORI phone number. This will result in callers being forwarded to MORI rather than voicemail if they enter the queue and reach the number of loops set prior to a human agent picking up the call.

Gmail/Google API: New Account Setup Restored — We have finally received our approval from Google as an officially verified app to allow us to once again use the Google API to authenticate email accounts. This issue has prevented new corporate Gmail accounts from being added to DealerMine. Gmail accounts can now be added as expected.

MORI AI Enhancements

  1. Book by Teams — MORI can now be configured to book by teams! This works largely the same as it does in OLS, driven by opcodes and transportation types. This can be configured in the MORI AI tab by enabling Book by Teams and completing setup!

MORI AI Fixes

  1. Booking Validation for Unavailable Days — Added a guardrail so that MORI now validates the requested date and time against actual availability before booking. If a shop day is manually marked as full or the time slot is unavailable, the booking will be correctly refused instead of going through.

  2. Invalid Opcode Handling Improved — When MORI sends a booking request with one or more invalid opcodes, the system now books only the valid service lines and ignores invalid ones, rather than sending a blank opcode to the DMS. If all opcodes in the request are invalid, the booking is refused with a clear error returned to MORI.

  3. Incorrect Services Booked Due to Invalid Opcodes — Fixed an issue where invalid default opcodes in maintenance groups caused MORI to send NULL opcodes to the DMS, resulting in incorrect services being booked. The system now validates all opcodes before booking and falls back to the next most-used opcode in the maintenance group if the default is invalid.

Service CRM Fixes

  1. APIs: Incorrect Years Being Returned — Fixed a bug where date fields across multiple API endpoints were returning inaccurate due to ApptDate sometimes appearing in the Time field.

  2. User Access Panel Not Displaying — Resolved an issue where the User Access settings panel would not load from User Setup, preventing admins and support from managing user access.

  3. Team Setup: Block Times Save Issue Resolved — Fixed an issue where saving block times in Team Setup caused an infinite loading spinner, making it appear the data did not save. The screen now correctly reflects the save action.

  4. AM Summary: Appointment Count Corrected — Fixed inaccurate appointment counts on the AM Summary report that was caused by updated appts not reflecting the new date.

  5. AM Summary: Email Data Corrected — Resolved an issue where the AM Summary report was significantly undercounting emails sent by users due to excluding the marketing contact type.

  6. Voice Drops: Correct Contact Volume Restored — Fixed an issue impacting a small number of stores where Voice Drops were sending far fewer contacts than configured, with contacts incorrectly removed as "Not in Call Select." The issue had to do with merged customer contact ID conflicts, which is now resolved.

DMS Fixes

  1. QDMS: Appointment Time Zone Conversion Fixed — Resolved an issue where booked appointments were using the wrong UTC offset for stores in the Yukon (e.g., UTC-6 instead of UTC-7), causing appointments to appear one hour off in QDMS.

  2. Reynolds: Advanced Service Stores —> Declined Services Now Populated — Declined services now correctly populate in Call Select & the Follow Up tab.

Sales CRM

COMING SOON!

DealerMine Sales CRM AI Assistant

DealerMine is getting smarter. We're introducing the AI Assistant - a built-in sales tool that helps your team work every opportunity with confidence. Instantly understand where each customer stands, know exactly what to do next, and reach out with the right message at the right time. More details coming soon.

New Features & Enhancements

Sales Worksheet - DMS Customer Number Now Displayed

  • The Sales Worksheet now displays the DMS Customer Number instead of the internal DealerMine Customer Number in the Push to DMS section. This makes it easier for sales staff to locate the correct customer record in the DMS without any extra steps or cross-referencing.

Work Plan - Sortable Columns, Filtering, and Responsive Layout

  • The Work Plan has been updated with clear visual indicators showing which columns are sortable, along with filter controls on applicable columns so you can narrow down your list quickly. Column widths now adjust based on the data they contain, reducing unnecessary horizontal scrolling and making the Work Plan easier to scan and act on.

Showroom History - Detailed Appointment Change Tracking

  • When a follow-up appointment is updated, Showroom History now records exactly what changed - including the previous and new date, time, and assigned salesperson - so managers and sales staff have a clear, detailed audit trail without having to open the appointment to investigate. When an appointment is confirmed from the Traffic Log, that confirmation (including any note added at the time) is now also recorded in Showroom History.

Add Up Window - Improved Customer Search Results

  • The Add Up window now returns more accurate and relevant search results. Customers and prospects with active traffic are ranked at the top of the list, sorted by their most recent walk-in date. Previously, prospects with new traffic were being buried below customers who had a prior Be Back or First Visit, making it difficult to find the right record quickly.

Lead Email Notifications Now Include Lead Details

  • Lead notification emails now include key details about the incoming lead - including the customer name, vehicle of interest, lead source, assigned salesperson, date received, and store. This gives sales associates the context they need to respond quickly without having to log in to DealerMine first.

Salesperson Change on Traffic Log Automatically Transfers Appointments

  • When a salesperson is manually changed on a Traffic Log, any open appointment-type follow-ups linked to that traffic record are now automatically transferred to the newly assigned salesperson. A note is also added to Showroom History confirming the reassignment. This ensures no appointments are left assigned to a salesperson who is no longer responsible for the deal.

Sales Merge Traffic Logs - Correct User Attribution

  • Traffic log records created through a Sales Merge are now correctly attributed to MASTER instead of being incorrectly assigned to a current employee's username. Previously, Sales Merge entries were showing the name of a logged-in user at the time of the merge, causing confusion when staff saw historic traffic logs appearing under their name for dates before they were employed at the dealership.

Sales CRM Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Work Plan Follow Ups tab was failing to load for some users, spinning indefinitely and never displaying data. Attempting to save a follow-up note was also resulting in an error. Both issues have been resolved and the Follow Ups tab now loads and saves correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where the Showroom Lead tab on a customer profile was intermittently failing to load, or loading and then immediately disappearing. Column headers were also displaying incorrectly when the data did appear. The Showroom Lead history now displays consistently with the correct layout every time.

  • Fixed an issue where Keyloop leads were not filtering into the Web Leads tab. Keyloop leads are now routing into the Web Leads tab as expected.

  • Fixed an error that was occurring when HACC sent a lead to DealerMine, preventing the lead from being processed. HACC leads are now processing correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where automated appointment reminder emails were being sent from the wrong store in some multi-store group setups. Customers were receiving emails branded from a different dealership than where their appointment was booked. Reminder emails are now sent from the correct store.

  • Fixed an issue where using Lead Source as a filter in Fetch was returning an error and producing no results. Fetch queries that include a Lead Source filter now return accurate results as expected.

  • Fixed an issue where updating a worksheet on a day after a walk-in was created caused the system to incorrectly record a false visit, which then blocked a manager from recording a Be Back for that customer on the same day. The false visit is no longer generated and Be Back entries can be recorded correctly.
