COMING SOON!
MORI AI: Book by Teams — MORI will soon be able to use “Teams” logic when booking appts. This means MORI will be able to accurately check availability and book appts, for example, into your quick lube shop or your main shop depending on the opcodes & transportation type selected.
MORI AI: Web Leads — MORI can already email leads to a DealerMine web leads email address, but soon those leads will auto parse so your BDC doesn’t have to manually link them to customers, and they will be in a more usable format.

Service CRM Fixes
MORI AI: Maintenance Due is Refreshed When Initially Blank — When MORI attempts to retrieve maintenance due and no services are returned (because the VIN isn't in Call Select), the system now automatically refreshes the customer to generate services due in real time.
MORI AI: Available Date Range Extended to 21 Days — MORI can now book up to the next 21 open business days of availability (up from 5), allowing MORI to book further out and reducing transfers to Service.
Emails Stuck in Drafts: Resolved an issue where sent emails on certain stores were ending up in Drafts instead of being delivered. Timeout increased from 5 to 15 seconds to ensure enough time is given for emails to send when using SMTP.
Email: Accounts Suspended — Resolved an issue where all email accounts were suspended across multiple servers. Created a script to auto-unsuspend email accounts en masse and restarted services.
Voice Drops: Audio Playback Restored — Fixed an issue preventing voice files from being played back in the Voice Drop configuration screen.
Surveys: 500 Error Resolved — Fixed a 500 Internal Server Error that was occurring when opening survey links across all environments.
APIs: Swagger Documentation Updated — All dealer APIs now include comprehensive Swagger/OpenAPI documentation with example request payloads and expected responses.
Call Select Fetch Targets: Timeout Resolved — Fixed a timeout issue preventing Call Select campaigns from loading fetch targets.
Telephony Fixes
Delay to Answer Report: Missing Intervals Fixed — Resolved two issues: the "20 Second" column being placed at the end instead of between 15 and 30 seconds, and all calls incorrectly showing as "> 120 seconds".
Delay to Answer Report: Improved Calculation — We have improved the calculation to measure queue time only (from when a call enters the queue to when an agent answers), excluding the time spent playing QA messages. This provides a more accurate measurement of how long it takes to answer calls.
Multi-Leg Call Status Corrected: To better support the new Delay to Answer report calculation, calls with multiple child legs (e.g., first unanswered, then re-queued and answered) now correctly record the dial status of the final child call rather than the first, ensuring the delay to answer report can calculate the entire journey of the call.
MORI AI: Fallback Redirect Now Accounts for AUX States — The fallback redirect logic has been updated so that calls are only allowed to bypass the redirect and enter the queue if at least one agent is available for inbound calls. Agents in AUX states that don't allow inbound calls are now correctly treated as unavailable.
Voice File Recordings: Resolved an issue where voice files set to "Inbound" lost their play button and could not be linked to a queue. Voice files can now be recorded, set as inbound, and assigned to queues as expected.
Call Log: Voice Files Missing — Resolved an issue where voicemail voice files used on telephony calls were no longer attaching to the call log.
DMS Fixes
Tekion: Booking Error Messages Now Show Actual DMS Errors — When a Tekion booking fails, the actual error message from Tekion (e.g., "Slot is not available") is now displayed instead of a generic booking error.
Tekion: Vehicles Assigned to Incorrect Profiles — Fixed logic so that ROs with INTERNAL lines only are excluded from VIN reassignment, preventing vehicles from being incorrectly moved to dealer profiles.
Tekion: Appointment Booking Error (Multiple Customer Match) — Updated the customer search logic so that when Tekion returns multiple customers, the system correctly selects the one with the matching DMS ID.
Tekion: Missing Deal & VIN Data — Resolved issues for several stores with deals not populating in Purchase History and Fetch.. Addressed deal number issues with updated Tekion API and re-pulled deal data.
PBS (MORI AI): Bypass Booking Warnings When Appointment Booked — For PBS stores, the system now checks whether an appointment was actually booked before returning an error when MORI attempts to book a service appt. If PBS returns a warning but includes an appointment number, the booking is treated as successful.
PBS: DMS Merge Issue (Circular Parent/Child) — Fixed a bug where the PBS file merge process could result in customer files being both parent and child of each other. Affected files have been corrected for impacted stores.

New Features & Enhancements
Google Address Lookup for DealerMine KO
Google Address Lookup has been integrated into the DealerMine Desktop web application. When entering address information for a new prospect or on the customer info screen, the system now dynamically suggests addresses as the user types (powered by Google Places). Selecting a suggestion auto-fills street, city, province, postal code, and country. This feature was already available in the Sales Mobile App and is now consistent across platforms.
Showroom History Now Reflects Automated Worksheet Creation
When the "Complete Sales Step automatically when worksheet is saved" setting is enabled in Showroom Configuration, saving a worksheet now correctly logs a "Worksheet Created" entry in Showroom History, including vehicle of interest and trade-in details. Previously, the automated step was applied but no corresponding history record was created.

Sales CRM Fixes
Fixed an issue when creating a worksheet and searching by stock number, the Style/Trim dropdown now correctly populates for dealerships using Autovance.
Fixed an issue where blank prospect profiles could be created when the "Active Mandatory Fields for Adding New Prospects" checkbox was not checked, even though individual mandatory field checkboxes were selected. Now, checking any mandatory field automatically enables the "Active" checkbox, and at least one mandatory field must be selected before saving. A database patch has also been applied to fix all existing dealerships with inconsistent mandatory field settings.
Resolved a systemic issue with traffic logs not showing where there was no Traffic Log Status entered
Fixed two issues causing lead disposition failures when sending data back to OEM providers (Stellantis/Chrysler and Nissan/Shift Digital):
Fixed a bug where creating a worksheet with only a trade-in (no vehicle of interest) incorrectly logged a "VOI Added" entry in Showroom History. The system now only records a VOI entry when a vehicle of interest is actually present on the worksheet.
Fixed an issue where selecting a traffic log status during traffic creation did not automatically update the linked Steps to the Sale. This affected all traffic creation methods including Add Up, Search/Add Prospect, and Internet Lead processing. The fix applies to both the desktop application and the Sales Mobile App.
Fixed a bug where editing and saving an existing follow-up appointment from the Traffic Log was recorded as a new follow-up creation in Showroom History. Now, the Save button is disabled until a change is actually made, and edited follow-ups are logged as "updated" rather than "created," ensuring accurate follow-up counts on the Dashboard and reports.
Resolved an intermittent failure (~3 out of 5 attempts) when pushing worksheets to AutoVance at PBS-integrated dealerships. The root cause was a null customer number being passed to the PBS lookup query during the AutoVance push workflow. Input validation has been added to handle missing customer numbers gracefully before the query executes.
