Service CRM Fixes
Recall Integration: There was an issue where some appts that were initiated from the “Add to Appointment” button on the Recall Integration screen inside the CRM did not have the labour type (C,W,I) added to the recall opcode, causing the booking to fail unless manually added. This has been resolved.
Batch Jobs: When batch jobs are first created each day, the default status for each contact (text, email, voice drop) was “sent” and was not always being updated in the event of any errors that may have caused some to not successfully send to customers. As a result, we would incorrectly record the message as sent. This has been resolved and you will now see “Queued” status which will only change to “Sent” once we have confirmation a contact has in fact successfully sent.
Fetch: When running a fetch using a single Deal Date, it would return no results. This is because a time was also being applied to the query. This has been resolved by removing time from the query.
DMS Fixes
PBS - There was an issue where appts booked as “DROP OFF” were being sent to PBS with the transportation code “D” even if the code set in PBS was different. This has been resolved.
PBS - When PBS menu packages are booked in the DMS, the DealerMine store number was incorrectly being applied to the end of the opcodes, causing issues with credit for the services. This has been resolved.
Dealerbuilt - There was an issue causing some appts to incorrectly remain as No Shows. This has been resolved.

Creating Traffic as a BDC Rep: As a BDC Representative, when you create a piece of traffic, your name will automatically populate in the Salesperson field and the BDC Representative field on the Traffic Log
Traffic Log Grouping Options: On the Traffic Log, we have added the grouping options for BDC Representative and Desk Manager
