Service CRM Features

  1. New Fetch Field: A new Transportation Type field is now available in Fetch under the Appointment History data source. You can use this field to segment Fetch campaigns and send tailored appointment confirmations for Drop Offs, Waiters, and more.

  2. Texting Stats - Texting Stats now includes Contact Flow text messages, which were previously excluded.

Service Fixes

  1. Batch ROI Report - Batch texts sent via Contact Flow without AI are now correctly reflected in the Batch ROI report.

DMS Fixes

  1. Tekion - Resolved an issue where updating an appointment with multiple identical opcodes caused descriptions to be overwritten. All duplicate opcode lines are now displaying descriptions correctly.

  2. CDK - Fixed an issue where manually added opcodes did not transfer their descriptions to the Complaint field, ensuring Advisors & Technicians now receive complete appointment details.

Sales CRM Fixes

  1. Fixed an issue where sales appointments were incorrectly carried over when creating a new buying lifecycle (New Traffic). Appointments now only carry forward for First Visit or Be-Back traffic types.
