Service CRM Fixes

  1. We have fixed an issue where failed batch texts (including Fetch and contact flow) were showing up in the Unread Messages tab. Now, only transactional text failures appear there, while batch text failures show in the texting window and Batch Texting Statistics. This keeps the Unread Messages tab focused on customer communications and improves BDC team efficiency.

  2. An issue has been fixed where response times were showing 0 minutes for all leads in the Web Leads tab. Response times now correctly show how long it took to respond to each service lead. Leads that haven’t been responded to will appear blank and won’t be included in average response time calculations.


OLS Fixes

  1. We’ve updated the iFrame on the Schedule Service page for iOS devices to improve the online appointment booking experience in OLS. The view now automatically resets to the top of the iFrame and the zoom is set to default on each page load, preventing visibility issues with buttons and form fields. This ensures customers can navigate and complete booking options smoothly without needing to scroll or manually adjust zoom.

  2. On the mobile version of OLS, we’ve replaced the progress bar text with icons to ensure all steps fit properly and nothing gets cut off.


DMS Fixes

  1. Dealerbuilt - We’ve updated the Appointment Update logic for DBT stores to ensure the CWI field in DM is correctly populated, allowing the proper PayType value to be sent to DBT for each opcode line on an appointment. This fix makes sure that both newly created OLS appointments and updated appointments transmit accurate pay type information, improving data consistency and ensuring repair orders (ROs) reflect the correct pay types for DBT users.

  2. Tekion - We have fixed an issue in Tekion stores where the same opcode used multiple times on a repair order would show the labour value incorrectly on all lines. The logic now uses Line ID to ensure each opcode shows the correct labour price, even if it appears more than once.

Sales CRM Fixes

  1. Response times now correctly show how long it took to respond to showroom lead. Previously we had an issue where response times were showing 0 minutes for all leads in the Web Leads tab. This has been corrected and now leads that haven’t been responded to will appear blank and won’t be included in average response time calculations.

  2. We have fixed an issue where sending a Fetch campaign to the Showroom would return an internal server error when customer reassignment was required. Now, when a sales-related Fetch campaign includes orphan customers, the system correctly displays the reassignment window and processes the campaign without errors, ensuring all intended customers are properly assigned and contacted.

  3. Duplicate leads now display correctly, with proper alignment and accurate source details visible in lead history. Prior to this fix, the lead history was misaligned with category headers and missing their source information. This has been corrected.
