Service CRM Fixes

  1. There was an issue where customers who had not been in for service/sales in over 18 months were still populating in call select due to an erroneous in-service date received from the DMS. There was a related issue causing the sub call type (aka call select bucket) to be incorrect due to only using Last RO Date. To resolve, we excluded in-service date from call select qualification and made sure the deal date is also being used to determine the sub call type.

  2. There was an issue where some Subaru Solterra's were improperly VIN decoded as a Toyota BZ4X. This has been corrected.

  3. For branched Canadian Stores, the CASL Implied Consent Options in the admin menu can now be managed at the branch level.


Telephony Features

  1. We have added a 20 second interval to the Delay to Answer report.


DMS Fixes

  1. Dealerbuilt - We are now sending "Pay Type" on each line of an appt to accommodate those using ERC, ensuring the Pay Type is now available when rolling to an RO.


Sales CRM Features

  1. A new “Floor Traffic – Steps to the Sale” report has been added to the Sales CRM Dashboard. It shows, at a glance, which steps each Salesperson is completing based on their assigned floor traffic entries. This data can also be exported by clicking the kabob menu. Click any total to view a drill through screen for more information.

  1. A new “Floor Traffic – Sold and Closing %” report has been added to the Sales CRM Dashboard. It allows Managers to compare sold and closing metrics by Salesperson and Traffic type to better understand showroom conversion.


Sales CRM Fixes

  1. We fixed an issue where some batch emails were sent from the wrong email address while using the correct template. The process now ensures the ‘from email’ matches the dealership associated with the batch email.
