Service CRM Features

  1. CASL Implied Consent Options is now at the branch level, allowing flexibility down to the rooftop for how you manage your implied consent.


DMS Fixes

  1. CDK - There was an issue in DealerMine where VINs did not transfer from one customer profile to another, even though no errors occurred. This has been resolved, and VINs will now transfer immediately without issues.


Sales CRM Features

  1. Dashboard - We have added the ability to Export to CSV on all sections of the Dashboard. Just click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the screen—the kebab menu—and you’ll be all set.

  2. Dashboard - Traffic Section - We have added some new functionality to the Dashboard - Traffic Section as follows:

  • Export to CSV – Need your data in a spreadsheet? You can now export from any Traffic drill-through window to CSV. Just click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the screen—the kebab menu—and you’re good to go.

  • Created Date – You’ll now see the created date as the first column, making it easier to spot when each traffic entry was added at a glance.

  • Steps to Sale – Track your progress with a new pie chart that shows how many steps have been completed so far. Click any part of the chart to dive deeper into the details - but note, it’s only clickable once steps have been completed.

  • Filters – You can now apply filters to any column across all Traffic drill-through screens for quicker, more precise analysis.

  1. Deleted Traffic – A new grid has been added to track and review deleted traffic log entries.


Sales CRM Fixes

  1. Web Leads - An intermittent warning message appeared when right-clicking on an incomplete lead. The pop-up displayed: “Warning – This lead has already been processed. Please click OK to refresh the list.” This occurred when verifying whether leads had been processed in the Sales Mobile app and has now been resolved.
