Service CRM Features

1. Customer Profile: We have added a user change log to the customer profile. This makes sure there is a clear trail of what data was changed, which user changed it and when. If a change is not reflected within the change log, then the change came directly from the DMS and was not changed inside DealerMine.

   

Service CRM Fixes

1. User Access - We fixed up corrected an issue where some users were able to edit or delete batch contacts despite not having the appropriate permissions.

DMS Fixes

1. Tekion - There was an issue we identified where transportation codes were not displaying correctly in DealerMine on appointments booked in Tekion. This has now been resolved, and the correct transportation codes will display moving forward.

OLS Fixes

1. Opcodes were appearing multiple times on appointments when pushed from OLS, but this issue has been resolved. They will now display only once as intended.

2. We resolved a problem where some headings and text were overlapping in OLS, making certain screens difficult to read. Now they are formatted properly and easy to see everything needed.

Sales CRM Features

1. PBS Inventory - Vehicles marked as “Conditionally Sold” in PBS will now be excluded from appearing in DealerMine Inventory.
