Service CRM Features
Fetch: We have made an improvement to Fetch so each user can now save defaults for exclusions, allowing the same exclusions to be applied by default anytime you create a new fetch. I fyou always use a standard set of exclusions, this means you don't have to set them each time.
Engage AI Voice Drops: We have made some improvements to the way Engage AI deals with the "Next Available Date" setting to make sure it is much more consistent and accurate with how and when it mentions it.

Service CRM Fixes
To improve the usability of texting, templates in the following categories will now be excluded from the drop-down menu in the texting window: eService, OptIn, SubscribeConfirm, and UnsubscribeConfirm.
DMS Fixes
Tekion - We have resolved an issue that prevented Transportation Codes from being saved for Tekion stores. Prior to this fix, an error would appear stating the code was already in use, even when it wasn’t.
Tekion - Tekion dealerships do not allow the deletion of past due appointments, so DealerMine will now display the following error when a user attempts this action: 'Error – A Missed Appointment cannot be canceled or deleted from the DMS.'
Tekion - Only appointments from the current day forward were being synced, which caused status changes to past appointments to be missed in DealerMine. We have updated this integration to pull appointments from up to 7 days in the past, which will make sure updates (like correcting improperly displayed No Shows) are accurately reflected.
Tekion - We have updated our data pull to use the 'department_name' column, assigning 'B' for Body Shop departments and 'S' for all others. This adjustment will make sure closed ROs are more accurately categorized and prevent Body Shop ROs from being incorrectly labeled as 'S'.
Serti - Some Serti opcodes were retrieving inaccurate descriptions and labor times, resulting in incorrect display within DealerMine. This issue has now been corrected.
CDK - For some CDK stores, the Estimated Price of an opcode was being removed after booking an appointment and following daily runs. Our newly implemented change will retain this information, preventing it from disappearing during downloads.
OLS Features
Guest booking with VIN - Enhancements have been made to the guest booking process in OLS to reduce manual entry and improve data accuracy. When a VIN is provided during booking, it now automatically populates the Serial # field in the customer search window. During vehicle validation (step 2), both the VIN and mileage are auto-applied to the Add Vehicle steps. Once the appointment is booked and the customer file is created, the vehicle (complete with VIN) is automatically associated with the file, which eliminates the need for manual input.
Honda/Acura Canada: Automated recall checks directly from the OEM are now included free of charge! When a customer books an appointment using Online Scheduling, we will automatically check the VIN for recalls and present them to the customer to add to their appointment. Inside OLS Configuration, you can add a default opcode that all recalls will be booked with and also set a buffer if you prefer recalls always be booked a certain number of days out.
OLS Fixes
We have refactored the function we use to get available appointment dates to keep everything accurate and better reflect the availability you would see inside the CRM
The 'Book' buttons on the summary page have been updated to display 'Réserver' when the language is set to French.
We improved the language toggle in OLS to now respond to the language specified in the URL. This update makes sure that the toggle aligns with the URL so the OLS configuration can correctly default the language. For example, if the URL includes 'language=FR', the toggle will default to French. If the toggle is then switched to English, the URL will automatically update to 'language=EN.
Sales CRM Features
Add Up - We've decided to move forward with a single method for entering Showroom traffic to eliminate confusion caused by multiple entry points. Going forward, the Showroom Log screen will appear when you are adding an Up to the Traffic Log, giving you a consistent process for all entries.
Sales CRM Fixes
Web Leads (Merge & Close) - When processing a web lead and clicking the Merge & Close button, the lead was successfully merged and closed, but the screen did not refresh, which caused the lead to still appear in the New Leads tab. This auto-refresh issue has now been fixed, and the data will update correctly when Merge & Close is used.
Autovance Integration Fixes
An issue was identified where the incorrect customer ID was being pushed from DealerMine to Autovance, resulting in Autovance sending the wrong ID to PBS. Since PBS requires the correct GUID, this caused issues with the integration. This has now been resolved, and the correct GUID is being sent to Autovance, for a smooth handoff to PBS.
