Important Announcement
We made some important updates, and after this release, Office 365 users will need to re-grant email access to make sure everything is working properly. Just head to Admin Screen > Email Setup to take care of it in a few clicks!

Engage AI - Voice Drops - Our incredible Engage AI feature has been a hit! So far, you have seen Service Group Descriptions written instantly and Batch Texting that handles the conversation. Next, we will be releasing our Engage AI powered Voice Drops. Engage AI crafts a personalized and unique voicemail for each customer regarding service maintenance, creating an incredible customer experience without lifting a finger.
Service & Sales Fixes
Telephony - Fixed an issue where some telephony recycles were being duplicated in Contact History. Calls are now logged accurately, keeping records clean and organized.
MFA - We have fixed up a problem where some users weren’t receiving the multi-factor authentication prompt during login. Access is now secure and working as expected.
Email Setup for Office 365 accounts - Users can now have access to the email setup window, allowing them to unsuspend their own email accounts and reset their passwords when needed. However, if they do not have Admin rights, they will only be able to use the "Test Email Credentials" and "Grant" buttons. This will lead to a sign-in page where they can enter their username and password to unsuspend their email account.
The admin will still need to provide the user with access to Email Setup, as shown below.
Service CRM Features
Appt Schedule View - We’ve introduced a new view in the Appt Schedule called “Duration.” This view allows you to see all appointments organized by their duration based on the estimated time of the total appointment.

OLS Fixes
Appt Times - We tackled an issue where the next available appointment times in OLS weren’t always displaying correctly. Everything is back on track, so scheduling is simple and easy!
