Sales CRM - Sales Merge Fields - Let's face it, one-size-fits-all just doesn't cut it anymore. Our Sales Merge Fields are tailor-made for your sales team's every need. By integrating sales-specific fields into their email and text templates, sales personnel can send personalized, relevant, and timely information to clients, for better engagement and improved experience
Sales-Specific Merge Fields: Tailored to the unique needs of sales departments, this feature will include fields like Sales Appointment Date/Time, Delivery Details, Vehicle of Interest information, and comprehensive customer data.
Dedicated Dropdowns: The Email and Texting Templates windows will feature exclusive dropdowns labeled "Sales Merge Fields", ensuring easy access to relevant data.
User-Friendly Navigation: A major enhancement is the type-ahead functionality within the merge fields dropdowns. Users will simply type a letter to navigate quickly to fields, significantly reducing the time spent on template customization.
Voice Drops
After some unexpected hiccups with our old voice drop provider, we decided it was time for a change. We've migrated to a shiny new provider, and we're thrilled to announce that service is back up and running smoothly as of May 2nd! Big thanks to everyone who's been patiently waiting for this fix. We know how much you love those voice drops, and we appreciate your understanding while we got everything sorted out. Our development team deserves a round of applause for their hard work! The best part? Our success rate is now soaring above 80%! So, get ready to leave those voicemails and watch them land where they belong - right in your customers' inboxes.
Action Buttons

Service CRM Features
Serti: Book by Department - We have added a new enhancement to our Team Setup, which will allow you to create teams and link to a particular shop code. We will no longer display the Department drop down on the book appointment form for Serti stores. Now, you can set up a team for each Dept/Advisor by going to the Admin Screen > Team Setup. You can type the name of the department exactly as it’s worded in Serti, in the “Default Shop Code” field. When appointments are booked for a team, we send the value from the default shop code field as the Service Advisor ID when sending the appt to Serti. Also, when pulling in appointments booked in Serti, we will properly display them under the correct team once they are setup.
Service CRM Fixes
We've fixed a pesky issue with drilling down into certain reports. You can now dive deep into your data without any hiccups.
Turns out, there was a bit of a mix-up with viewing the Appointment Scheduler for previous dates. Don't worry, though - we've ironed out the kinks and everything should be back to normal now. Thanks for bearing with us!
Telephony Features
Delay to Answer Report - We're thrilled to unveil our latest addition: the Delay to Answer Report. Find it under Reports > Telephony > Delay to Answer Report.
This nifty report breaks down the total number of calls coming in, giving you a clear picture of the delay to answer. And by "answered," we mean connected with an agent and the “time” being the time from when it first entered the queue to when it was connected with an agent. Because let's face it, time is money, and we're here to help you make every second count!
DMS Fixes
PBS - We’ve updated our integration - Now, appointments with a "confirmed" status in PBS will show up in your Appt Schedule in DealerMine. Your confirmed appointments are visible, making it easier than ever to stay on top of your schedule. Here's to no missed appointments and more happy customers!
Sales CRM Features
New Sales Merge Field Drop Down - We have added a new drop down for sales related merge fields that can be used on email & texting templates. Now when you’re building or editing a template, you’ll see a Sales Merge Field drop down and a Service Merge Field drop down. This will allow you to access any merge fields that are available relating to the Contact Type selected. Ie. Sales, Marketing, Maintenance etc.

Enjoy an auto-suggest key word finder to locate merge fields faster. Simply start typing what you’re looking for and the list of results will filter accordingly, making it easier to find merge fields.

Unified Inventory Cross-Selling - We've introduced new functionality for branched locations, enabling any Sales CRM user with inventory privileges to discover and showcase available vehicles to customers. This enhances sales potential and simplifies the cross-selling procedure. In Global Configuration, this new option must be turned on for each branch that wishes to open their inventory to other locations within their auto group. Once activated, when in Inventory you will see a column for location that you can also sort by. This will allow you to quickly locate any vehicle for a customer, regardless of branch.
Showroom Log - When you search a customer in the Showroom Log, you will now be able to see all the active vehicles the customer owns.
Branched stores will show all vehicles that are in the customer profile regardless of where they were purchased or where they were last serviced.
Non-Branched stores will show ONLY the vehicles the customer purchased or serviced at the store in the Showroom Log dropdown.
We will show the first two vehicles with the most recent history and display a scroll bar to see more.
Sales CRM Fixes
QDMS only - We are now accurately displaying the number of payments in Equity, resulting in a precise estimated payoff and equity value. The number of remaining payments (RP) and Payment will now be correctly reflected based on the data received from QDMS. We have updated the monthly payment terminology to "PMT" as it varies with the payment frequency. Although this change was made specifically for QDMS customers, all dealerships will see the new payment terminology.
