  2. Sales CRM - Sales Merge Fields: Empowering Sales Teams with Personalized Communication

    This new functionality is designed to empower sales teams with tools that streamline their communication process. By integrating sales-specific fields into their email and text templates, sales personnel can send personalized, relevant, and timely information to clients, enhancing engagement and customer experience.

    • Sales-Specific Merge Fields: Tailored to the unique needs of sales departments, this feature will include fields such as Sales Appointment Date/Time, Delivery Details, Vehicle of Interest information, and comprehensive customer data.

    • Dedicated Dropdowns: The Email and Texting Templates windows will feature exclusive dropdowns labeled "Sales Merge Fields", ensuring easy access to relevant data.

    • User-Friendly Navigation: A major enhancement is the type-ahead functionality within the merge fields dropdowns. Users will simply type a letter to navigate quickly to fields, significantly reducing the time spent on template customization.


Service CRM Features

  1. Contact Flow is now available in production! This project empowers you to tailor how your customers are contacted regarding maintenance. Have the flexibility to decide the sequence and method of communication, ensuring that your contacts are more intentional and purpose-driven. This feature is designed to enhance your customer interactions and allow your appt coordinators to spend more time on higher value tasks such as booking appointments. Service CRM Fixes

  1. WIP - Users will now consistently see the Work in Progress (WIP) indicator when applicable on customer profiles, resolving an intermittent problem.

DMS Fixes

  1. Quorum - There was an issue with expired opcodes showing in DealerMine, so we added logic to strip them out.


Online Scheduling Features

  1. We've implemented screen modifications to enhance both the user experience and the flow of the process in booking an appointment such as:

    • Larger font

    • Select all box above “Outstanding Maintenance” and “Additional Services” to make it easier to select all.

    • Red outline around recall notification when there are open recalls.

    • Clickable button to view open recalls if there are any to view.

Online Scheduling Fixes

  1. The Click here link at the bottom of the online service appointment confirmation email template is now consistently displayed, enabling customers to easily cancel their appointments.


Sales & Service CRM Fixes

  1. Multi Factor Authentication - Admin users will now have proper access and a smoother experience when using MFA, resolving a previous issue.

  2. Multi Factor Authentication - We have updated the verbiage in our email template, specifically in the message containing the MFA code sent to users. This revision aims to present a more professional appearance and reduce the likelihood of the email being mistakenly classified as SPAM.

  3. In Sales CRM, after creating a new prospect file and building a worksheet, when being re-directed to the Customer Profile, the vehicle interest and worksheet number will now show in the Traffic Log History.
