We've done a bit of tidying up in this release!
New Features Overview
We've spruced up the sign-in window with updated Terms of Use and Forgot Password links. Now, you can easily review the latest terms and, more importantly, reset your password if it slips your mind. Remember, your username and password are the same for both the mobile app and the web-based application. Reset one, and you've reset them both! Happy logging in!
Fetch Campaigns: Now, you can easily view and take action on Fetch Campaigns directly within the DealerMine Sales Mobile app. No more switching back and forth - it's all right at your fingertips!
Birthdate Integration: We've made it even easier to capture customer data by pulling in birthdates from the Driver's License Scanner.
Contact History Refresh: Your customer profiles are now more dynamic than ever. With every email, text, and phone call made from the Sales Mobile App, the contact history is automatically updated with the Contact Type: Sales Mobile. Keeping track of your interactions has never been easier!
We’ve removed the Create a Follow Up button on the Work Plan tab in Sales Mobile App. This button is not designed to create a traffic log follow up - just a customer profile follow up. This option is already available using the ( + ) symbol.
We've added some helpful verbiage to the ( + ) symbol on the Work Plan tab. Now, when you click on the ( + ) symbol to create a follow-up, you'll see a friendly reminder that you're creating a non-traffic log follow-up.
On the Work Plan you click the ( + ) symbol | You are prompted with the the following |
We're all about keeping things consistent across platforms, which is why we've made the Lead Icons and the Lead Tabs appear the same in the Sales Mobile App (SMA) as the DealerMine CRM.

The vehicles dropdown within text and email creation/responses has been removed. Now, creating and responding to texts and emails is even easier and more intuitive. Enjoy the improved user experience!
