Sales Mobile App 2.25 SMA Release Notes
What's New in the DealerMine Sales App
New Features & Enhancements
Notifications - Swipe to Dismiss
In-app notifications can now be dismissed with a quick swipe instead of waiting for them to disappear on their own. This gives salespeople a faster way to clear alerts when they're ready to move on.
Traffic Filters - Filters No Longer Clear on Exit
Closing the filter panel on the Traffic screen without applying changes no longer resets the filters back to default. Whatever filters were last applied stay in place, so salespeople don't have to reset their view every time they check the filter options.
Traffic Log - Faster Load Times
The Traffic Log now loads significantly faster on login, refresh, and reopening the app. Previously, the app retrieved a user's entire traffic history before filtering, causing delays of up to 30 seconds. Records are now filtered on the server before being sent to the app, cutting load times down to just a few seconds.
Traffic - Updated Look and Feel
The Traffic screen has a refreshed design that matches the rest of the app, including new card styling, consistent spacing, and clearer status indicators. This makes it easier to scan traffic records at a glance.
Sales Mobile App Fixes
Fixed an issue where a broadcast lead could remain locked to the salesperson viewing it even after they moved on to another lead or switched dealerships, keeping it unavailable to the rest of the team until the lock timer expired. Broadcast leads now release properly in these situations.
Fixed an issue where broadcast leads could get stuck in a locked state and become unavailable to the sales team, particularly when the app was closed or minimized while a lead was open. Leads now release properly in these situations.
Fixed an issue where reassigning a web lead to the same salesperson, who was already logged in, resulted in two duplicate "Lead Assigned" notifications instead of one.
Fixed an issue where beta testers on the mobile app were incorrectly prompted to update to a newer version, even when their build was already ahead of the version being compared against. Testers can now log in without being blocked by this false update prompt.
Fixed an issue where a Google Maps error popup appeared when entering a customer address on the Add Prospect screen. Address entry now works correctly without any interruption.
Fixed an issue where attempting to impersonate a user whose account was flagged as inactive or requiring a password change caused the app to crash. Impersonation now works correctly in these situations.
Fixed an issue where notes added from the mobile app were not appearing correctly in the Notes tab within the CRM. Notes added from the mobile app now display properly alongside notes added elsewhere.
