We are putting in the work on our User Interface and User Experience to make the DealerMine Sales Mobile App better than ever!


Metrics

We are now capturing lead processing time and response time (Completed Lead) across both the mobile and desktop applications. More Dashboard reporting updates are on the way, stay tuned!

Here’s a quick breakdown of some key words for easier understanding:

Processed Lead: This is a web lead that has been assigned to a salesperson, linked to a profile, and traffic created.

Completed Lead: This is a web lead that has been processed, and an email, text, or phone call has been sent to the lead from within DealerMine CRM. When completing a lead within the Sales Mobile App, it will mark the lead as completed in the desktop model as well (indicated by putting a line through the lead).


Fixes

We have fixed an issue where lead notifications were continuing to be sent to the DealerMine Sales Mobile App when the lead was set to Completed in the desktop version.
