We're thrilled to roll out Version 2.2.0 of the DealerMine Sales Mobile App (SMA), packed with our latest innovation: Lead Notifications. Always on top of every lead—no exceptions. It's like having your own personal lead sidekick. Let's take a closer look:

New Features Overview

  • Lead Notifications: Our new Lead Notifications feature is your central hub for all things leads. From shiny new leads to those that slipped through the cracks, everything's neatly organized and actionable right within the SMA.

Key Updates:

  1. Never Miss a Lead: Meet your new buddy—the Lead Notifications tab. It's your partner in crime, minus the actual crimes, to ensure you're always in the loop.

  2. Assigned Leads:

    • Get Notified: When a lead is earmarked for you, you'll know instantly. If you see a "Process" button, it's your cue to spring into action—the lead isn't fully processed yet.

    • Taking Action: Processing a lead is seamless. Just hit "Process," and the system guides you through linking the lead to a customer profile and creating a piece of traffic. No "Process" button? Simply click the notification to go into the lead's traffic log - this action also clears the notification from your list.

  3. Broadcast Leads:

    • Time-Sensitive Actions: Tick-tock! With Broadcast Leads, every second counts. Snag that lead before it slips away. Act fast to claim your lead or it's up for grabs again.

    • Exclusive Opportunity: Successfully processing a Broadcast Lead clears the notification for everyone. If someone beats you to it, you'll be notified by a token at the bottom of your screen. Once a lead is processed, the broadcast notification vanishes for all.

Automatic Clean-Up

No cleanup crew needed here! Lead notifications tidy up after themselves, disappearing once you've acted on a lead, the notification disappears automatically—nothing manual required.
