  3. Sales CRM - Sales Merge Fields - This new functionality is designed to empower sales teams with tools that streamline their communication process. Like having a Swiss army knife for your communication toolkit. By integrating sales-specific fields into their email and text templates, sales personnel can send personalized, relevant, and timely information to clients, for better engagement and improved experience.

    • Sales-Specific Merge Fields: Tailored to the unique needs of sales departments, this feature will include fields such as Sales Appointment Date/Time, Delivery Details, Vehicle of Interest information, and comprehensive customer data.

    • Dedicated Dropdowns: The Email and Texting Templates windows will feature exclusive dropdowns labeled "Sales Merge Fields", ensuring easy access to relevant data.

    • User-Friendly Navigation: A major enhancement is the type-ahead functionality within the merge fields dropdowns. Users will simply type a letter to navigate quickly to fields, significantly reducing the time spent on template customization.


Service CRM Fixes

  1. Add Line - We've patched up our Add Line button faster than a pit crew changes tires! This fix makes for a smoother experience.

  2. Maintenance Groups - No more opcodes wandering off on their own! Our fix ensures they stay in their designated lanes, keeping your maintenance groups running like they should.

  3. Key Report 2: Booked Maintenance Operation Retention Rates - We've kicked those pesky inaccuracies to the curb! Now you can trust your reports as much as you trust your favourite mechanic.

  4. Declines - There was an issue with declines not displaying on the Call Select for some dealerships. This was related to converting alphanumeric work order numbers and has been resolved.


OLS Features

In our quest for Honda Canada certification for Online Scheduling, we've been hard at work making some snazzy upgrades to the OLS sites for all Honda and Acura Canada stores:

  • Fonts - We've polished up our fonts to meet Honda Canada's exacting standards - size, color, and type included. We now adhere to every font requirement needed!

  • Colours - The Primary and Secondary Colours have been updated to match their specification. The colour selectors on the "Options" tab of OLS Configuration have been disabled. You will see a notice stating "Brand Guidelines Enforced by OEM".

  • Logos - Honda Canada has strict logo requirements. As a result, all Honda and Acura Canada stores have had the logo that displays on their OLS site updated to match Honda Canada brand standards. We have disabled the functionality on the "Customized Text" tab of OLS Configuration and you will see a notice stating: "Brand Guidelines Enforced by OEM".

  • Buttons - The shape, colours, font size and type have all been updated to match Honda Canada specification.

  1. We've decluttered and tidied up our screens so well, even our mom would be proud! Enjoy a cleaner, more organized experience with every click.


DMS Fixes

  1. Tekion - Vehicles in Tekion should be assigned to a customer profile in DealerMine based on the most recent date of an RO, vehicle sale or appointment to ensure contacts are correctly made in DealerMine.

  2. Serti - We have updated the Serti booking process to allow appointments to be booked to a custom shop/department. Currently, there is a setting that Support can enable to display the "Department" drop down:

    Previously, if you created a custom shop in Serti, there was no way to book appointments directly to it. But fear not, for we've taken care of this and made booking to custom shops a breeze!

    Moving forward, you won't find the "Department" dropdown on the appointment window. Instead, we've introduced a more streamlined approach: the "Book by Teams" functionality. Here's how it works:

    • Head over to Team Setup and add a new team.

    • Assign the relevant advisors to this team.

    • Enter the shop code you wish to use for booking.

    • Repeat this process for as many teams and shop codes as you need.

    With this new system, you're free to create and book appointments to any custom shop inside Serti without breaking a sweat. It's like having your own personal booking assistant - efficient, flexible, and ready to roll!

Sales CRM Features

  1. Portfolio Filters - We have made a change to the default values for OWNS, when viewing various filters in the Portfolio as follows:

    • All, In Service, My Sold Deals: OWNS = YES

    • Prospect: OWNS = ALL

      Additionally, we've hidden the filter enhancers when viewing Prospects since they are deemed irrelevant.


Sales CRM Fixes

  1. Traffic Log - We hit a speed bump with the Traffic Log feature when filtering by "Status Change Date." Customers were showing up in the results even if their status changed outside of the specified timeframe. Turns out, it was just a hiccup in our Be Back logic. We've rerouted and resolved the issue, so now your data will be cruising smoothly again!

  2. Web Leads - Showroom 1 - If a lead got reassigned to a new Salesperson, the notification used to disappear into thin air, leaving the previous Salesperson in the dark. Well, no more! Now, lead notifications will find their way to the right inbox, ensuring everyone stays in the loop.

  3. Web Leads - Showroom 2 - We know how frustrating it is when you can't see the full picture. When filtering Lead History by Source, the list was cut off, leaving you squinting at half a name. Not anymore! We've expanded the view, so now you'll see the full source list without any cropping issues.

  4. Web Leads - Showroom 3 - Teamwork makes the dream work, right? But when it came to filtering Lead History by Team, you couldn’t filter by Source. Well, we've smoothed things out, so now you can filter by Source without any hassle.

  5. Web Leads - Showroom 4 - When viewing Lead History and filtering by Salesperson, and then you choose another Salesperson, we will now keep the source chosen intact, rather than default back to ALL.

  6. Traffic Stats - Ever feel like your metrics were playing hide and seek? The count for the Delivered Status under Prospect Summary was showing the total for the dealership, rather than updating when viewing stats by individual Salesperson or Team. We've fixed the glitch, so now your stats will be accurate down to the last lead.
